Proco Island Bambu Resort welcomes you to our secluded island paradise – Proco’s ultimate relaxation and adventure resort and the one and only dive resort on this island. The island is surrounded by palm trees, crystal clear waters and pristine reefs, making it ideal for swimming, diving, snorkeling or just relaxing.

About Us
Rudy Ring discovered the South Halmahera diving area in cooperation with the local government in 2009 and explored it with his liveaboard from 2009 – 2016. Together with his guests, he has given the diving spots a name and developed them for diving tourism.
PROCO ISLAND BAMBU RESORT will open soon on March 2023, which Rudy built together with some friends in the paradise bay of PROCO ISLAND Halmahera. With great detail and through many years of experience, now a diving resort was created that leaves nothing to be desired.

What we have
Restaurant, 12 cottages and our beautiful hillside sunset bar are being built on our resort in a very extravagant style, made entirely of bamboo. The island is surrounded by a coral reef that immediately invites you to dive in and is exclusively available to us. In addition to diving, you can enjoy nature here and let your soul dangle. The construction of the resort is already in full swing and is expected to be completed in early 2023.
The Accommodation
All are 12 bamboo cottages surrounded by tropical palm trees and exotic flowers, cozy and colourful!
The Diving
Very remote group of islands lies in-between the fantastic diving destinations of Raja Ampat and Lembeh. Halmahera is right in the middle of the coral triangle
